
Some months ago I replaced our regular pasta sauce from the shop by a faster and more ,stylish' version.
And here's the very easy and fast recipe:
* cut a shallot into slizes and fry the slizes in some vegetable oil.
* cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the shallot.
* let it all cook for a few minutes before adding soy cooking cream.
* swirl it all around in the pan, no need to cook even further.
* at the end, season with salt and pepper and add some basil or parsley, add whichever you prefer or have at home.
It's delicious on any pasta, you can choose at your gusto.
