As I was looking for an apartment for our stay on NYE only few weeks before NYE, the apartment on St George Wharf we previously stayed in was booked, and the alternative apartments available at the squa.re didn't match my criteria.
So I kept on checking many many many websites and contacted many operators until after another numerous mails I received a mail on Dec. 13th with following content (yes we intended to arrive on 28th - I told you it was short notice)
' Hi Michele
Congrats: You’ve just discovered a better way to stay!
Ready for London? My name is Elena and I’m pleased to help you plan your stay.
Our mission is to help travelers seamlessly plug into the world’s top destinations. ( . . . . ) '
Tell you what ! It all came true.
Though I had only discovered their website by coincidence, I was a bit concerned because I was afraid we might be scammed and we'd arrive in London with three kids and not have an accommodation for NYE.
Thus I was so relieved when we walked around the corner of Fetter Lane and I saw a young woman waiting in front of the building. She approached and greeted us, and presented herself as Clare from oasis collections. I was in seventh heaven !
The apartment was great, spacious, immaculate clean, well equipped, plenty of storage, with dish washer and washing machine and lots more ... in a wonderful location at Fetter Lane & Fleet Street.
Fetter Lane @ Fleet Street is halfway between the Strand and City and in walking distance to the theaters and Covent Garden (15 min.), The British Museum (20min.), St Paul's Cathedral (10min.), the Thames (5 to 7min.) Trafalgar Square 20 to 30min.) - all indications as family of 5 at slow to medium pace.
Tesco Express and Sainsbury just 3 min.walk.
Everybody @ oasis collections was just great, check in and check out went smoothly and they are helpful in every situation.
Amazing 5* service by mail, on the phone and when we met personally.

Hi! I have been searching high and low for personal reviews about Oasis Collections. I have been hesitant to proceed booking with them coz I haven't really found any reviews of travelers about their properties and experience. Have you booked with them since you last traveled and have they been consistent on delivering the service they say they will provide? Do you still highly recommend them? Any input would help me finally making a decision on whether I should book with them or not. Thank you!

Dear Jen,
Thanks for getting in touch.
I had never heard of Oasis Collection before this first contact in Dec.2015. As written in my blog, they send me an lovely mail after I got in touch, and everything worked out smoothly. As fas as I remember, the agent who waited for us at the apartment told us that they only had started working on the London market a few months prior to our stay. Both agents (there had been a second agent on check out) have been very helpful and friendly, the give lots of advices and even send recommendations per mail; the apartment was awesome, in a great location. Unfortunately we have not been back to London with the kids since, and thus this was the first and only contact with oasis collection concerning our stay Dec.15/Jan.16. As far as I'm concerned I would definitely recommend oasis collection, but on the other hand, it's been two years, so ......
Don't hesitate to get back if you have further question.
Greetings,

Your response is much appreciated! They are now affiliated with World Hyatt as of 2017, that's how I found them (by accident also!), but I still couldn't find reviews until I stumbled on yours. Thank you again!!
